Our office will bill most PPO insurance out-of-network including Aetna, GEHA, and UnitedHealthcare etc.

If we do not accept your insurance, we can provide a superbill that you can submit for direct reimbursement from your insurance. YOU MUST REQUEST THIS AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. No exceptions.
